On a day when not many games were played due to the inclement weather. The first team put up another impressive display. Batting first and struggling at 40 odd for 6 they managed a respectable total thanks to Jordan Midgely and Liam Gilliland, Jordan managed 30 odd and Gilly 20 odd. Broddy managing a total of 122.

On a pitch that proved hard for batsmen it looked a good total.

The two opening bowlers Ady Price and young Belly kept it tight. Leaving Bucko to come on and do the destructive stuff. Another five fer. two in two weeks. Ady and Mick Cass chipped in to bowl Monk Bretton out for 42.

A good performance in poor conditions. Credit to both sides for at least getting a game in. Onwards and upwards!
