Brodsworth Main Cricket Club

A low scoring weekend saw oue 1st XI beat Bentley easy. Bowling them out for 60 and knocking em off for the loss of two wickets.
Bucko and Mick Cass were the destroyers with the ball.

Another low scoring game at Broddy were the 2nd XI bowled well to dismiss Bentley 2nds for 58. Gareth Mountain, Liam Wilson and Jordan Goddard doing the business with the ball. A good effort from an inexperienced attack all three protagonists are juniors. The best wicket though (so he tells us) was that of old timer Bri Bell. He managed to get one of his chucks on target.

Dissappointing for Capt Goose was that our 2nds got bowled out for 49 and thats despite Tony D and Steve Ryan getting double figures.

The 4th XI Sunday league game was lost to the inclement weather.

So all in all a 50/50 weekend.
