Brodsworth Main Cricket Club

on a pitch serving up nearly 400 runs and 15 wickets our 1sts lost thanks to a 120 odd not out from visitors WEST BRETTON.
The result said more about our lack of senior bowlers than anything else. Dave Mezza and Josh Bell opened the bowling and did a great job. But we only had bits and peices to back them up and a good knock from West Brettons no3 proved good enough to see them home despite us knocking over 7 of their batters.

The future is bright however as our juniors are keeping the club afloat at the moment and they wont be young forever.

Hopefully with more of our senior players back this week we can get a couple of good results
