Match report Damp wicket where Goose won the toss and put Sykehouse into bat.
Excellent bowling by Joe Warren ended with 5 for 23. Only one Sykehouse batsman managed to get to grips with Broddys bowling Bellwood who got a decent 52 runs before Robbo held onto a catch. Gaz Mountain 2 for 19 was good and Jordan Goddard was very tidy 12 runs off his 6 overs. Mezza got the other wicket.
Broddy got off to a shakey start when Gaz was caught early for just 2 runs. But steady JK and Robbo settled the ship and we slowly got on top. JK went for !! and we had a bit of a wobble when Kezza followed Mezza for next to nowt. Joe Warren capped a good game with a few lusty blows which relieved the pressure. He departed to be replaced by Belly who supported our top batsman Jon Robbo 69 not out and between them they sterred us home with 15 overs to spare. Good 7 point win
