Match report A weakened team due to the unavailabilty of the majority of the 2nd XI. Led by vice capt Tony BMCC managed to accumulate a reasonable total thanks to Rich Miller 54 and Dingle 24 and a chip in from Danny Kellock 17.
With a very inexperienced bowling attack it was always going to be difficult but we managed to make Bentley go all the way (just about 38.4 overs) for a well earned victory. Pick of our bowlers wwas Dave Mezza with 1 for 15 from 6 overs. Stalwart bowler Simon Oldham did the graft with 2 for 35 from his 9 overs.
It was a cracking effort from a team mainly made up from the 3rdX1 juniors and a few 'senior pros'. Creditable
