PONTEFRACT & DISTRICT U15's CUP FINAL

Our under 15 side did us all proud on Sunday 3rd July 2011. They secured a handsome victory over fierce rival South Kirkby to secure another trophy for BMCC.
Well lead by Capt Josh Bell we batted first and posted 155 off our 30 overs Dave Merryweather the star with 48 bu there were many other good contributions from the likes of Belly, Lovers, Ben Randall and Elbo.

South Kirkby were fancying their chances but some good bowling and superb fielding saw BMCC get them out for 90 odd.

A good victory for the future of our club.

Well done lads, as a token of the clubs appreciation there will be a celebratory BBQ held on the U15's behalf after the Sunday league game finishes on Sunday 10th July. All welcome.
