Brodsworth Main Cricket Club

Despite a classy 91 from Paul Bradley and a good 37 from Will Drury BMCC 4th X1 succumbed to Monk Bretton by 3 wickets. We posted 168 all out (apparently 30/40 short so say the old boys around the pitch). We boeld fairly well and had Monk Bretton in a spot of bother ar 33 for 4. But a good partnership from the Ogden brothers did the damage. It could have been so different had Alec took a dolly off Liam Wilsons bowling when Ray Ogden was under 20.
The extras column needs addresssing 38!!!
A fair effort from the lads and we will win more than we lose playing like that
